Meet & greet for new customers
If you are a new customer, we arrange a meet & greet so we can meet you and your pet in person.

We assess the fit
We learn about your pet's routine, behaviour and requirements, and make sure the job is suitable for everyone.

We confirm the final price
Once we understand the request and what your pet needs, we confirm the final price with you.

Confirmed booking
You agree and the booking is confirmed
A request becomes a confirmed booking only after PetBond approves it and you agree to proceed.

Confirmed booking
The deposit becomes due
Once the final details and price are agreed and PetBond approves the booking, a 50% deposit is due. The remaining 50% is payable after the service is completed. Payment is arranged directly with PetBond.
